Welcome, dear visitor!The Republic of Slovenia and the State of Israel established diplomatic relations on 28 April 1992, and the Embassy in Tel Aviv was opened on 1 August 1994. Relations between our two countries have been dynamic, ever since Israel’s recognition of Slovenia and that is to the benefit of citizens in both countries. Vignette (Toll sticker)If you are driving on the motorways and expressways in the Republic of Slovenia, the use of a Vignette (Toll sticker) is compulsory for cars, motorbikes and double-track motor vechiles, with or without a trailer vehicle, the maximum permissible weight of which does not exceed 3 500 kg. Vignettes are available in Slovenia, on border crossings and in neighbouring countries. More.
